He took two league-wide programs from concept to operation and delivered them at the biggest events on the calendar.
The situation
Two gaps the league had talked about for years: fathers in the workforce with no structured support, and clubs with no direct channel to the communities they played in.
What he did
Created the NFL Fatherhood Initiative and the Social Justice Town Hall from concept: the case for each, the owners, the budget, the format. Delivered them at Super Bowl and Draft host cities: New Orleans, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Kansas City and Detroit.
